Yes—log into your account or email me at printclub@chandlelee.com and I'll help you out.
What if I move?
Email me by the 10th of the month with your new address, and I'll update your shipment.
Do you offer refunds?
Because prints are made to order, we don't offer refunds on subscription fees. However, if your print arrives damaged, contact me within 30 days and I'll send a free replacement.
